Silverdale Solicitors Awarded Investors in People Silver Award

Silverdale were recently awarded the prestigious Investors in People Silver award. This award was achieved as Silverdale were able to demonstrate a degree of excellence in the way they develop, train and support their staff. It is only awarded to organisations that are able to show good management practice with an emphasis on staff management and development. The award is achieved by around 2.5% of the total organisations that have the IIP standard.

Many organisations apply for the IIP standard every year and in order to be awarded with the standard IIP, they must meet 39 standard requirements. For organisations that wish to stand out from the rest, they are able to apply for awards that are beyond the standard, such as the Silver. Organisations that achieve the standard plus 76 additional evidence requirements or more will be recognised as Investors in People Silver. Silverdale were able to achieve 104 evidence points above the standard.
