Investors In People Silver
Launched in 1991 Investors in People is the UK’s leading people management standard. It specialises in transforming business performance through people and independently assesses the whole of the standard on a regular basis.
Silverdale Solicitorswere recently upgraded to the Silver Award.
Lexcel
Lexcel is the Law Society’s Practice Management Standard. This is only awarded to solicitors who meet the highest management and customer care standard. Lexcel accredited practices undergo rigorous independent assessment every year to ensure that they meet the required standard of excellence in areas such as client care, case management and risk management.
Silverdale Solicitorshave had the Lexcel award since 2011.
Conveyancing Quality Scheme
The Conveyancing Quality Scheme (CQS) provides a recognised quality standard for residential conveyancing practices. Membership achievement establishes a level of credibility for members firms with stakeholders including regulators, lenders, insurers, and clients. Member firms are assessed annually. Silverdale Solicitors have been a member since 2013.
APIL
Silverdale Solicitorsare a member of the Association of Personal Injury Lawyers (APIL). Its Solicitors Jawad Amin and Alexa Gorse are both senior solicitors with the organisation. The APIL accreditation is a trusted standard which will lead you to a competent and experienced personal injury solicitor.
