We run a drop-in session every Wednesday in our Manchester Offices and every Thursdays in our Bury offices from 14.00 to 17.00 offering a 20-minute free consultation to our clients. We occasionally offer weekend consultations to accommodate our clients. We also offer telephone advice sessions for those who are unable to travel to our offices. We accommodate services to clients from across the world, as we have the ability and experience to handle all such cases from clients who instruct us from abroad.

Our costs are fixed fees in most cases otherwise charged by the hour.

All fees are exclusive of VAT which is applied at the current rate of 20% (totals shown above)
Disbursements: All disbursements will need to be paid for separately in addition to the fees for our services. Examples of disbursements include home office/visa application fees, court application fees, postage, interpreting/translation services, medical reports fees, expert report fees, mileage/travel expenses etc. This is not an exhaustive list and is meant purely as a guide.

**Applications for more than one individual will be charged at an extra 50% per application for each additional person

Like many other law firms, we can help you with your immigration matter and for work not listed above or more complex matters, can agree the usual hourly rate basis. Our Immigration Lawyers charge a range of hourly rates depending on their experience and which location they are based. Time is carefully recorded by our lawyers to ensure that you only pay for the time spent on your matter.
Your matter would be dealt with by our Senior Associate, Ajid Miah or our solicitor Danial Hussain. Ajid’s hourly rate is £177 per hour plus VAT and Danial’s hourly rate is £146 per hour plus VAT. Ajid and Danial will be assisted by our paralegal, Ikrha Tariq, for less complex tasks such as filing, photocopying, and collating documents. Ikrha’s hourly rate is £111 per hour plus VAT.

Timescale To Submit: Application: Applications from instructions take up to 2 – 4 months on average depending on complexity of applicant’s immigration history. We will let you know at the earliest opportunity if it is likely to take longer than this.

Timescale On Return Of Application Submitted: We cannot guarantee how long the Home Office will take to process your application. Read the current processing times.
Please note the anticipated number of hours and fees are an estimate based on the facts above. All applications are likely to vary and of course, we can give you a more accurate estimate once we have more information about your specific case.

In our terms of business, which you will receive at the start of your case, we publish hourly fee rates for our professional staff; however, when quoting for work, we normally provide a range of potential fees to cover all work on your application.
