Juanita Fang joined Silverdale Solicitors as a Paralegal in April 2024. Prior to joining the firm, she worked as a Law School Manager for an EU-China joint venture based in Beijing, China, gaining extensive professional and academic experience within the legal sector.

Juanita holds a Ph.D. in Law, which she obtained from the China University of Political Science and Law in 2018. She is fluent in both English and Mandarin and is able to assist a diverse range of clients.

Working within the Conveyancing Department, Juanita handles a broad range of residential property matters, including freehold and leasehold sales and purchases, remortgages and transfers of equity. She manages transactions from initial instruction through to post-completion under the supervision of senior colleagues and is committed to ensuring that matters progress efficiently and smoothly. In addition to her conveyancing work, she has experience in both commercial matters and immigration law.

Juanita is a valued member of the team, recognised for her attention to detail, efficiency and reliability. She takes pride in delivering a high standard of client care and is dedicated to providing a professional, responsive and client-focused service throughout every transaction.
