Alexa has extensive litigation experience and has successfully dealt with unfair dismissal claims, contract disputes, road traffic accidents, accidents abroad, employer's liability, occupier's liability and product liability cases. She handles a mixed case load of low value and high value cases taking matters through all stages of the litigation process including presenting court applications and issuing costs proceedings.
Alexa supervises the personal injury team, ensuring that clients receive a high level of service, cases are handled proactively and that the firm’s high standards are met.
Alexa was drawn to the law and in particular litigation due to her interest in human nature and society. Alexa believes that litigation reflects aspects of individuals and how they interact with others that must be taken into account in order to successfully represent a client and that the right to restitution when a line is crossed is an essential part of any successfully functioning society, which should be a right that remains accessible to all.
