Danial is newly qualified solicitor in the Immigration Team at Silverdale Solicitors and advises on a wide spectrum of Immigration, Asylum and Nationality matters. Danial joined Silverdale Solicitors as a paralegal in 2011 and went on to complete seats in Immigration, Industrial Disease and Personal Injury claims as part of his training contract.

Danial has worked as an Immigration law specialist for five years. He has represented clients at various levels from initial applications, both in and out of country, through to Upper Tribunal appeals and in Judicial Reviews. He specialises in all overseas entry clearance applications and applies full scrutiny in any application.

His caseload includes family member based applications both under the Immigration Rules and under European law. He is experienced in preparing cases under the points-based system, in particular Tier 1 and Tier 2 applications.

Danial has vast experience in dealing with a range of clients with differing needs. He has a sympathetic approach and is always willing to go the extra mile.

He also brings his non-legal experience of working in national companies to his role within Silverdale.

Danial is also part of a local charity’s youth team which helps stage various sporting activities, scouts and other recreational activities. Outside of work Danial’s interests include travelling, food and spending time with his family. Danial enjoys playing and watching a number of sports, such as football and tennis.
