Paralegal

Harris is a Paralegal at Silverdale Solicitors, having achieved a First-Class Honours Degree in Law before completing the Legal Practice Course. He advises clients on both Residential and Commercial Conveyancing matters.

Harris primarily assists clients with residential conveyancing transactions, acting on both sales and purchases and guiding matters from instruction through to completion. In addition, he supports clients with the acquisition, assignment and renewal of commercial leases.

Known for his organised and methodical approach, Harris manages matters efficiently and with close attention to detail. He places particular emphasis on managing client expectations and tailoring his service to meet individual needs and timescales. He believes that maintaining regular communication and understanding each client's objectives are key to delivering a successful legal service.

Outside of work, Harris enjoys horse riding and cheese rolling and has a keen interest in conspiracy theories. He is also a passionate football supporter and firmly believes that Manchester is blue.
