Jawad has a growing number of property clients in both high value residential and commercial property matters. He also represents small to medium sized companies in commercial disputes ranging from £1000 to £3m. Jawad has a growing interest in representing clients with Human Rights issues and has had some excellent results in the High Court. He also has an insolvency practice and regularly petitions for bankruptcy, the winding up companies and annuls bankruptcies. Jawad heads the Commercial Litigation and Insolvency Department.

Jawad has ultimate responsibility for managing the firm and ensuring that high standards are provided and maintained by all members of staff. Jawad is also the client care and complaints partner and is an Accredited Mediator. He is member of the following: Law Society Personal Injury Scheme, Association of Personal Injury Lawyers, Employment Lawyers Association, Pan European Organisation of Personal Injury lawyers (PEOPIL), American Association for Justice (formerly Association of Trial Lawyers of America).

Jawad has developed a dedicated family law client base over the past 10 years. Jawad and his family team specialise and advise on all types of disputes relating to divorce, children and financial matters. Jawad strives to ensure his clients take a conciliatory and cost effective approach whilst having the ability and skills to be robust where necessary.

Since the decision in Radmarcher v Granatinovin October 2010, Jawad has seen a marked increase in the number of clients contacting him about pre-nuptial agreements and is happy to advise and draft these.
