Latterly however he has concentrated on landlord and tenant, and general commercial litigation, some of it heavy .Recently he successfully applied for relief against forfeiture of a lease with £38000 owing, which payment was refused by the landlord’s solicitors after forfeiture. but the matter was settled at the eleventh hour just before the court hearing.
When not in court or wrestling with legal issues, Jonathan enjoys walking, crosswords and chess.
