Mariam Hussain joined Silverdale Solicitors in 2016, having previously worked at another firm of solicitors in Manchester. With over a decade of experience in the legal sector, she has developed extensive expertise in residential property transactions and post-completion procedures.

Mariam leads Silverdale Solicitors' Post-Completion Team and is responsible for overseeing post-completion matters across the Property Department. Her role includes supervising the progression of Land Registry applications, managing requisitions and ensuring that transactions are brought through to registration and conclusion efficiently and accurately.

Throughout her time at the firm, Mariam has progressed into a senior operational role and plays a key part in supporting the day-to-day running of the Property Department. She works closely with the firm's Partners, Solicitors and wider conveyancing team, contributing to the continuous development and improvement of internal systems, procedures and working practices.

Known for her proactive and solutions-focused approach, Mariam is encouraged to identify and implement initiatives that enhance efficiency, consistency and client service. Her extensive experience, attention to detail and in-depth understanding of the firm's processes make her an integral member of the Property Department.
