SAJJAD AMIN QUALIFIED IN 2009. HOWEVER, HIS LEGAL EXPERIENCE BEGAN IN 2007 WHEN HE JOINED SILVERDALE AS A PARALEGAL. HE HAS EXPERIENCE IN IMMIGRATION, RESIDENTIAL CONVEYANCING AND LITIGATION MATTERS.

Sajjad Amin has gained higher rights of audience for both the civil courts and criminal courts, which allow him to present cases in in the higher courts of both England and Wales.

Sajjad Amin currently handles a large work load residential conveyancing matters. He has previously dealt with litigation and personal injury files dealing with them from pre-litigation all the way to trial. He has acted for clients in both low value and complex high value personal injury matters.

Sajjad Amin also undertakes debt recovery matters from issuing a request for payment right through to enforcement.
